You are invited to our annual Ice Cream Social on August 23, at 6:00 p.m. at the home of Mary Grace Pettit, 1501 S Jefferson Street.
Bring ice cream, sandwiches, desserts and a lawn chair.  We will eat, sing and fellowship together.

The Heritage Circle will go to Princeton Health & Rehab on Monday, August 10 at 2:00 p.m. for their annual birthday celebration.  They will take cake and gifts.  Everyone is welcome to join us.  Call Mildred Peters for more information at 365-6885.

The 18th Fantastic Friday Back-To-School Program will be held on August 7.  Students will receive their back packs and/or zipper binders full of school supplies, along with basic hygiene products.  This is an awesome undertaking and would not be possible without the help of friends like you.
We will serve approximately 600 students.  If you would like to help support this program again, we will truly appreciate your generosity, so will the parents and students that are served.
The easiest and best gift we can receive is a gift card from Wal-Mart.  This way we can go purchase exactly what the students need.  We do not give these cards to the parents.  The staff will go to Wal-Mart and purchase what is required.
Thanks for all your support of our programs.  You are a partner with us as we serve our kids and their families.
                                                          God bless you,
                                                          COPE and HOPE Staff
                                                           Migrant Ed Staff

( If you do choose to purchase a Wal-Mart Gift card or donate toward a gift card, bring it by the church office, and we will get it to the HOPE center.)

This year’s theme is Out of the Storm.  God has been so faithful to each of us, we bow in worship at who He is and what He has done and is doing.
We have 25 free tickets for cleaning up during and after the festival.  There will be a deposit of $20.00 that will hold your ticket.  This money will cover the cost of food for the weekend.
Your deposit needs to be turned in to Meghan by August 2. We will leave on Friday, August 14 and return on Sunday, August 16.
