                                                                              Operation Christmas Child

Can you believe it is that time again?  I can’t; however, I am excited that it is.  Operation Christmas Child is the program where we as Christians pack festive-wrapped shoe boxes for children in impoverished foreign countries to show the love of Christ.  We have ordered the materials and will be calling on you to fill a box once again this year.  If you have any extra empty shoe boxes at home, please bring them by the church office.  If you need a shoe box to fill, stop by the church office.  Now is a great time to purchase crayons, markers or colored pencils because they are on sale at Wal-Mart.  If you wish to make a donation instead of stuffing a box, please give your donation to Betty.  Please take time for this program.  What a blessing to know that you have touched a child’s life!                                                                                                                                             God Bless – Mitzi Travis
